Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Charges will appear on your statement under the pharmacy trading name.
Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery is made within 1 working day using a tracked service. Delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays.
It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the patient.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with pharmaceutical standards to maintain integrity during transit.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
